Wet Painting and Priming
Wet Painting
Powerstrip Industries possesses a fully compliant spray booth facility for the application of wet paint coatings.
We are able to spray all types of primers and topcoats using different methods of application as required - it may be airless, pressure pot or standard siphon feed.
We also maintain a dip-priming tank and can provide a service which is particularly suited to automotive parts and components such as boot lids, doors and bonnets with double skin construction where there is no other method of suitably coating the inside surfaces.
The dip-priming paint we use is a zinc phosphate single-pack, specifically designed for immersion painting.
