Welcome

Powerstrip Industries Limited has been in business for almost 20 years, is situated in Mount Wellington, Auckland and specialises in the removal of paint, powdercoat, rust and corrosion from all types of metal, particularly steel and aluminium, as well as in the renovation and painting of electrical transformers and their radiators for the power supply industry.

We may not be the only paint stripping company in Auckland but Powerstrip Industries likes to pride itself on being the best! Our stripping system is based on chemical dip immersion in one of our various tanks, which will remove coatings without causing damage to the base material in any way, allowing many metal articles to be restored to 'as new' condition. Rust and corrosion removal are also carried out by dip immersion in an inhibited acid medium which removes all traces of rust without affecting the metal substrate.

This system can be utilised to restore a wide range of metal items, including (but not restricted to) car parts, aluminium extrusions, metal components (large and small), paint-line jigs, bicyle and motorcycle frames, shelving and panelling, metal furniture, cookware, alloy boat parts, fencing and gates, machine parts, signage and so on.

Powerstrip's motto is "dip it, strip it" and we are here to help you get (your metal items) naked! Please feel free to browse our site and let us know if you have any further queries.
